Voice
The Vibrant Vocals and Performing Arts Program provides an opportunity for students to properly learn how to use their first instrument, the voice. They learn the elements of music such as pitch, correct breathing, melody and harmony and part singing via the medium of songs and games.
Simultaneously, they develop vocal and performance techniques that will help sustain vocal quality and create good performance habits. The program is further enhanced with the incorporation of dance and dramatic performance, aimed at building confidence, creative expression and performance skills.
Students partake in solo and group singing within their groups so as to strengthen performance stability and prepare for concerts. Solo opportunities for concerts are offered at the discretion of the teacher.
